Victory Coal Distribution Co., Ltd was Founded in Changzhi City.

> In May, 2002

Founded “Sanjin general aviation limited liability company”with Taiyuan and Datong aviation training base.

> In September ,2003

Acquired the Xishan coal mine in Changzhi County, registered and renamed as Changzhi County Xishan Coal Limited Liability Company .

> In December, 2004

Changzhi City Victory Coal Distribution Co., LTD formally applied to purchase 100 sets K18 mine owned cars to the management office of the national &railway ministry of transport.

> In April, 2006

Set up Victory Huaihai Engine Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yichy Tec.Co.,Ltd.

> In June 2006

In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness, to adapt to the requirement of market development, Victory Huaihai Engine Co., Ltd. officially approved the production of methanol engine , developed in July, completed road test in August.
